"I love the pharmacy at this location. No lines at 10:30 ish am. I was helped by a nice gentleman at the drop off ( sorry didn’t catch his name). Then when I went back to the pharmacy ( after a little shopping in store) I spoke to a very sweet young lady named Nampie but the cvs receipt shows a different name of Manisa . She was so patient, kind, and extremely helpful with a problem with my prescription ( not CVS fault but the prescribing doctor). I can’t say enough kind things about her willingness to help and her sweet attitude. Both her and the pharmacist tried hard to fill it but the prescription lacked key information. But the main point is that they went out of their way to help. You don’t find that too often nowadays and I think that’s pretty great! I tried to find a survey with CVS to recognize them but I guess CVS isn’t doing surveys anymore. Hope this helps give recognition to people who deserve it! Grateful to those who assisted me today!"
"They transferred my daughter's prescription and would NOT tell me why they transferred it or even WHERE they transferred it to. They said, and I quote, "We don't keep records." My Mayo Clinic pharmacy in Wisconsin called them and called me back and said that these CVS people were idiots. All she could do was laugh. She said she had never dealt with people like these morons at CVS and that it was ILLEGAL to not keep records. She sounded very concerned once we had our laughs. We had to have the doctor write a new prescription, and this was on a Friday, so my kid went without medicine for the weekend. Maddie is a rare gem. Shout out to her. She put me on hold mid sentence. Don't use this place for anything. They're trash."
