"I had spoke to Mr Hector Reyes on the Friday the 1st of December, and he explained w clear and precise detail on what I needed to do and get before I see him, I explained I had all that done, and w/out hesitation he said I could go in to his offices 9-11 am, Monday-Thursday and just let the secretary know I am there to see him.
