"We’d usually only bring our dog about once a month because the day camp prices were steep compared to competitors in the city (who charge less and offer more at their facilities). We like coming here because it’s very close to our home, so it was a pleasant surprise to see you all dropped your prices to become more competitive. In this era of businesses inflating prices simply for the sake of greed, this was VERY surprising and refreshing to see. I’m honestly elated about it because now we can bring our pup more often and not have to drive elsewhere for fairer rates. Also we (and our pup) are always treated very well here. I’ve been meaning to leave a review anyway because the staff is very friendly and professional"
"Well, it's an AWESOME place, and my dogs have nothing but nice things to say about it, BUT... They need to do something about the drop-off time element. If you are going to reserve an overnight or check in 2 or more, then PetParadise should take and give all the info they need on the reservation call. Please don't wait until you are trying to do a QUICK drive-by to bring up more time-consuming obstacles. BTW, I love talking about my dogs. If I'm not working that day, I promise NOT to go into a dedicated Express Lane - if they ever put one in!!"
"Love this place. We have been taking our dog there since the 2nd day the opened. My dog loves the pool and splash pad. We are very happy she has an indoor / outdoor run! She loves going there! Yes, it can get pricey but it’s worth it when I don’t have to worry about her when we travel."
"We have been taking our dog to pet paradise since they opened last year. I check the cameras throughout the day and check in on our pup to watch him play and run around. The past few months I’ve noticed several occasions throughout the day where he was not on any of the cameras so I have called to make sure nothing happened, etc. Today was the final straw when I called and was told that our dog was put in a kennel for “playing too hard”. Not aggressive, just too playful….??? If you’re looking to have your pet played with and entertained by the staff you’re paying to watch them, I would recommend Lucy’s doggy daycare."
