"I moved to San Antonio feb2019 with two cats and a dog . First thing I did was look for an animal hospital that I felt would take care of the needs of my animals . I went to one but didn’t really feel right there . I went to North Star and since then they have been nothing short of amazing . The staff is friendly and show great concern when it comes to sick animals . My youngest cat had stopped eating suddenly and was dehydrated with a high fever . I took him to North Star and the concern and care they had for my cat was greatly appreciated. I left him there for two nights and when I got him back he was healthy as can be . The doctor was really personal and professional and even though he goes through dozens of animals a day he showed empathy and patience towards Harry(my cat). One of the techs name was Deidra and she was wonderful as well, she really made the process easier. I really can’t put into words how grateful I am to have my cat healthy . Negative comments talk about pricing but I thought it was really fair and if I would have had pet insurance it would’ve been cheaper but that’s on me. In the end my animals are healthy and that’s all I can really ask for. I would recommend this place to anyone."
