"This location absolutely needs retraining for its front of the store employees that lack communication & prompt skills. On this day I watched a female employee train a new female to do the job that she couldn't even do herself & the bad part about it is that I'm sure this company will do nothing to reinsure that they will do what needs to be done to make shopping a better & faster experience for the customers. I tried calling the manager name Alec & the phone rang a million times & I got no answer nor call back. The company stock is gonna continue to fall."

"It was my first time at the store! So clean and new. I loved how they had everything I possibly needed. Some employees were cussing, but when I went to check out, the experience changed. I was excited to see that there was a self check out! Was very easy to use and very new. The cashier who helped me in the front, since it was my first time, was amazing! She was very professional and very helpful and patient!"

"I'll say this once and please take note: Do not go shop and expect to get out of there if you're in a hurry, this is not the store to do that! But I will say this....It's a nice and clean store. A majority of the time the staff are very polite with me. I've run into few issues - notably in the photo processing area, but the rest of my experience has been good."

"As of 01/13/2023, I have been trying to get my prescriptions (5 total) from this pharmacy. I am not from here but work nearby and need to refill my medication. I have spent at least 7 hours of time over three days in calling trying to get the techs to run my insurance (BCBS out of Louisiana) so that my medicine will get covered. Whenever, I am finally able to get in touch with one of the tech's, they have this attitude that makes me feel like I did something wrong by using their pharmacy for my medication. I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy. I will never use CVS again."
