"Our dog had a medical emergency during Thanksgiving week. We called S&S as our regular vet had no openings until the following week. The staff were so understanding and asked us to drop off our pup, Yen, even though they were fully booked for the whole week. The Vet Tech, Jennifer, was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and was so sweet to our baby who has always been so afraid of the vet. Dr. Smith called us later that day and took the time to explain everything they had tested for and what he suspected the issue was. They kept our dog overnight and ensured that she received the best care. We were able to pick her up the following afternoon, and we could tell that they were so loving towards her! She was feeling SO much better and was so comfortable around all the staff members. This is the best experience we have had with a vet team, and will absolutely be back for all future appointments for our pup. Thank you all for taking our baby in and treating her like your own! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants quality care for their pets."
