"We had been bringing our dog to this location for a little while now and he used to love it. But he got neutered here, had a terrible experience (he was kept in a kennel for SEVEN HOURS prior to getting surgery) and ever since has not liked coming here at all. We figured his dislike for coming here might pass with time so we took him in about a month ago to get blood drawn. He was on trazodone, but still became very anxious upon entering this office. prior to the blood draw, we had to muzzle him and he was being very uncooperative and was obviously fearful. We couldn’t get the muzzle on him and ended up using an e-collar instead. However, rather than trying to help make this a more comfortable experience for him in any way, the vet and vet tech were just standing there looking down their nose at us while we tried to muzzle him. My husband and I ended up having to physically hold him down while wearing the e-collar to get it done. Afterwards, the vet left and the tech stayed in the room and proceeded to tell us that our dog was acting the way he was because he was being a brat and doesn’t see us as the “alpha”. lol literally cannot even make this crap up. The alpha/dominance theory has been debunked for a long time and it’s honestly quite concerning that anyone in a professional veterinary setting would even say that. I was literally in such disbelief at how judgmental and unprofessional that moment was. We came to get things done for our pet, not have your techs impose their beliefs in outdated & debunked myths on us. After that, we decided to go ahead and cut our ties with this vet office. We came here because it’s close by and the pricing was fair, but we have no problem paying a higher price tag elsewhere to receive better service."

"Hey guys! Dog dad of 3 here. Do yourself a favor and get the vetco monthly membership. It cost about $20 a dog which you might think is a lot. Here’s the thing though, they actually give you a gift card every month for $15 for each one signed up and free unlimited visits. They are super helpful, have great prices, and my dogs like going! Most recent video is of my dog after her spay!"
