"Whoever answers the phone in the morning is very rude and has an attitude the whole time as if it isn’t their job to answer the phone and be polite, and when I had an emergency with my pet she left me on hold and didn’t even want to help me out, shouldn’t work in a place where you’re not going to help people with their pets. I’ve called to ask to speak with the vet and they tell me that they’ll call me back and never do. Takes time to get an appointment and won’t make exceptions even if your pet is very ill."

"We took our new kitten and 8yr old small dog to see the vet at My Pet’s Vet. We chose to join the program that charges $50 or so dollars a month based on which program you choose and are very happy with it. Check ups, vaccines, teeth cleanings (anesthesia included) all included. For puppies and kittens you get all that and the neuter /spay is included in that package. Having a package this comprehensive with such knowledgeable vets, techs and supportive staff makes me feel like a really good pet owner."

"I loved my visit. My cat probably not so much. I felt so comfortable with the staff. The last time I was at the vet I had to put my best friend to rest of 13 years. Going to the vet for a simple check up on my other best friend and my sweet angel above’s sister was triggering for me but the staff made everything feel so much better and everyone was kind. "My dog was having some trouble with a flea allergy when I brought her in. When I called I was able to get a next day appointment and we headed out to be seen in the morning. We were seen right away and I appreciated that we didn't have to wait in a lobby with other pets before the appointment. This is largely due to COVID but it was nice since that part kind of stresses my dog out. The staff was courteous and efficient and I could tell my dog felt at ease with them. They were very upfront about course of action and costs from the get go, and I felt they were reasonable in their prices. We were in and out in 30 minutes with advice, medicine, and follow up appointment with a minimal upset to my dog. I highly recommend this vet for your animals. I think they are good people."
