"We boarded our Maltese for 4 nights over the New Year weekend this past weekend. Today we picked him up. These pics are not able to pick up the smell that went with the look that he had when the staffer brought him out. Our little Maltese was shaking like a leaf and looked like he has been standing for some time in urine and feces. When I asked the staffer what happened, his response was "he may have peed and pooped in his crate", stating that they tried to clean him up a bit... Absolutely abusive and cruel. He did not deserve this and they should not be in business allowing this kind of treatment of animals to go on in their facility. They do not deserve any stars for this treatment. If I could do this without giving one, it would be closer to the truth than the one star that Google makes you select to post the review. .. Beware of using their facility.. The staffer at the counter offered no refund, told me that they do not know what happened, but will have their Office Manager Jennifer to call me back in the am..."

"My cat Rugrat developed matted fur;( I had delayed fixing the situation cause I was unable to find a place that will sedate & cut her hair. Thankfully Culebra Creek Vet Hospital was able to help! I’m beyond happy my cat is no longer uncomfortable with matted hair! She had to be shaved but I’m now able to pet her, and she looks so happy! I want to say thank you to the groomer who was very kind. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is all the vaccines needed for a groom service. Which it’s there establishment there rules and that’s fine. Rugrat needed it, so I paid. As for my dog he will continue at another groomers. But I will forever be grateful for Culebra Creek Vet Hospital for helping with my cat."
