"The older receptionist in the front unfortunately was very rude to me when I came in, yelled at me in front of various personnel. It was very embarrassing and I was considering leaving at that point. Except the sweetest nurse came to assist me as she noticed I was struggling. Doctor Wheeless was super sweet and amazing at explaining. Like mentioned above Nurse Susan couldn't have had a better experience with her, she was extremely considerate, knowledgeable and sweet and I can just go on and on about her. If it weren't for them I would have given a very low rating, but people like them don't deserve it. However the front older receptionist could use some mannerism. So unfortunate."
"Just awesome! Could not ask for a better vet experience. Setting: It’s a wonderful, clean environment. No noticeable odors and it has a pretty, updated interior. Overall, it’s relaxed and calming. No long wait times and they respect your time there during the appointments, which I appreciate. I would recommend setting an appointment in-advance. Care: They take such great care of my girl and are extremely knowledgeable to help guide me as a pet parent as things come up. The team clearly cares for the pets and knows their regulars. All of Dr. Nicholson’s recommendations thus far have been informative and spot on, which helps put me at ease. "Today was our very first visit with CityVet in Cedar Hill, and we’re both so relieved to have finally found a veterinarian that goes above and beyond! Dr. Wheeless spent a lot of time with us and our sweet baby. He even sat in the floor with us so she would be comfortable with him examining her.
