"I had to my poor little cat here. Now the staff are great and the vet that tended to us was too. I will warn you if you wallet isn't thick be ready for sticker shock. You have to remember it's an Emergency clinic not your normal vet. Now my kitty's lungs were very bad and they said she had no chance at a recovery and her quality of life would be bad. We had to make the call. I stayed with her to the end and the staff was caring and attentive to our needs. Now that's not their fault she had to be put down so I give them 5 stars on their bed side manner and the fact that we got seen promptly."

Kate and her Dogs:

"I brought my dog in to be euthanized after making an appointment online. My poor doggie was in excruciating pain. The lady at the front desk was very inconsiderate and had absolutely no compassion. She said my appointment was for next week, and could not see my dog. I told her the circumstances and asked if they could fit her in. She just said "No" (without even asking the doctor). I took my baby (dog) to the 24 Midlothian vet on 67, and they were truly awesome. They gave her pain medicine so that we could say goodbye while she wasn't suffering, and then gave her the injection. They were so professional and compassionate."
