"Would give 0 if i could. The one on FM2920 worse ever!!....Very, very poor service and rude employees. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, and I was the only car there! Had to continue to hit call button and blow my horn for assistance. She finally came to window, and said she would be with me in a minute, another 10 minutes passed. I started to push call button and blow horn again, she came back to window, I just asked for y money back!!"

"I refinanced a vehicle loan with Shell FCU. They don't accept ACH payments. The only option is to link my bank acct with their app which gives them access to my acct balance. Nope. Im forced to mail my payments to their Deer Park branch."

"“When you bank with us you’re family” I’ve been banking with Shell for over 5years. For checking services, if that’s all you need… then they can handle that just fine. But for anything outside of that, “unfortunately we can’t help with that” is all I’ve experienced. Before I posted this review, I called the customer service hoping that maybe they would have a different response. They really should change their catch phrase, because I don’t think they’ll change the service."

"If I could I would give them 0 stars I deposited a check around October went today to withdraw money they stated that there was nothing in my account regarding that check. I gave them an estimate around what day I went and time. They never found my check. HOW can you lose, misplace a check?!!! I clearly went in person to deposit my check this is my college money! For them to not have anything ?!! They did state the time I went to deposit my check it was going to take a couple days for it to be in my account I said it was fine I didn’t need my money at that time, NOW I need it for my classes and they don’t have it?!! Absolutely not!! they need to resolve this. I can’t even believe it my mom even closed her account with them and never again will we go back!"

"Incompetent staff, no one seems to know how to cash/deposit/sign over a third party insurance check. You would think the bank would want me to fix the car since they hold the lien. I will be refinancing my loan as soon as they figure out how to process an insurance payment! And closing my accounts. Even though I have 30+ automatic payment’s, I will update all of the companies with my new account information. I have been a customer with this branch for 8 years and have had nothing but problems. Find another bank, this one is worthless!"
