"If i could give no stars that would be perfectly acceptable. The customer service rep that answered the phone was beyond rude! She couldn't even wait to get my husband on the phone, he was in the other room. I asked was she so busy that she couldn't wait a second? She than told me to have him call back and hung up on me. SMH I'm not sure if this is how you treat your customers but this is crazy!"
