"If I could leave a negative review, I would. This pharmacy is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had medication filled at. The pharmacist is an absolute trash excuse of a human. She speaks to people with disrespect and acts like she’s above everyone. I very rarely get a full prescription filled because they never have anything in stock. The prescriptions take an hour+ to be filled every single time. I’m asked to come back in an hour after already waiting a day for something urgent to be filled. Get it together cvs. Somebody with a poor attitude and the maturity of a 15 year old should not be processing medication for sick, or elderly patients. I will be steering all friends and family away from this pharmacy until there is a notable change made. This review will be left other places as well as on Facebook, instagram, and twitter."

"Went to pick up my refills and the cashier asked the pharmacist to come over but he was on the phone. Once he got off he came over to her and griped her out in front of everyone, telling her what else she could do while waiting. A good manager would have pulled her to the side and privately told her. I felt horrible for her. Not the way to handle your employees."

"Minimally competent. I don’t know if I should blame corporate CVS or this location, two prescriptions called in, one ready immediately, got a text about it. The other was lost in the system, no text sent, assumed it would take longer. Learn it was ready the whole time, never told me. Not the end of the world. Also a little rude on the phone when I called to clear it up."

"Who ever I talked to about refilling my birth control this afternoon was rude. I have my prescriptions prescribed continuously and never had a problem getting them the past couple months but told on my last 3 months packer that I need to be prescribed it continuously. This hasn’t been brought up the past couple of times that I have refilled it but all of a sudden it is. Seem to always have a problem with this every year."

"We recently went back to this store (#05962) to update couple immunizations. As soon as we walked into the store we were politely greeted by the cashier. Walking back to the pharmacy (we had called and scheduled an appointment time) we were immediately greeted by Cameron Lowery. He immediately processed our paperwork and got the immunizations ready. He was very professional and courteous with a great sense of humor. We were both in and out within minutes. I think having an appointment did help. We have been going to this store since it first opened its doors. I admit it did have some bad times with cleanliness and customer service in the past. On this visit the store looked refreshed and clean. All staff members were helpful, courteous and professional. Nice job at this store!"
