"I fisrt went to Southridge when my previous vet told me that my 12yo cat with digestive issues was "probably going to become too much of a burden" to care for, and that I should consider euthanasia. I called them right after that appointment, they took me in at their earliest available appointment, and helped me get an actual diagnosis for my boy. They talked me through treatment, and management. They reassured me on what we were able to do, and what to look out for, to make sure he was still living a happy and comfortable life. Because of their help I had four more years with my sweet baby boy, where he got the kindest care from them to the very end. I will always remember how sweet they were to my Señor. They have the sweetest, most caring staff. Always willing to answer my copious amounts of questions, with me being a nuerotic pet parent. I have taken all of my pets there for health and for boarding. I appreciate them greatly. Love y'all."

"Hey for baby had gotten bitten by a squirrel and I called them at about 5:30 PM and they were happy to see us but being favor to close in 30 minutes and the main vet tech was it and they were honest about recommending to go somewhere else for the time being. "I have been taking my flerkens to Southridge for over 15 years. They are always welcoming to my furchildren and I really appreciate all the patience and tolerance the team have shown my miscreant of mayhem and his choice to use violence. They were more than accommodating on our most recent visit and while not always the best option for all, the staff asked if I would mind being in the room with him during vaccines since we are allowed back in again. I work with human children, not fur children but, the medical setting isn’t much different. He behaved much better with our trusted tactics of “hide and give noms” and he wasn’t as much of a terror, even with two sets of blood work. This may not work for everyone and individuals may react differently, but it works for us. I am thankful they let us try it out, not only for his comfort, but also so the staff didn’t end up with a cat hanging off their faces. Both of their dental cleanings went awesome. Beaker saw fit to pee right as I picked him up, Karma stinks, but jokes on him. After his bath, he smells like flowers. We love you and please keep up the great work!"
