"It's a good bank. They have free notary service! That's a plus. And they work with you to help you do anything necessary to get loans"

"Customer service was no help. They said there was nothing that they could do to help my situation. Banking with them has not been convenient. I suggest banking elsewhere."

"I have a non-profit business account and do not recommend RBFCU. Nice tellers, but so many are not trained and give misinformation one transaction to another. Miscellaneous fees and charges for change to be deposited and difficulties to do administrative work. I do not recommend this bank, especially if you are a business."

"Their atm ate my bank card, went inside and was told there's nothing they can do. How do you not have access to your own atms? They said it was ran by a 3rd company. What kind of sense does that make? Had to reorder a new card that takes almost 2 weeks to come in."

"Their ATM took my bank card and they said there was nothing they can do. How inconvenient to have a machine you have no access to. Then why have them and most importantly how does that help your clients? Total inconvenience for me because I have to order and wait for a new card. Ridiculous to have something available for your customers but you have no control of it Total inconvenience."
