"Under no circumstance would I work with them again. I’ve worked with them twice now. First experience was great, the second was miserable. They were very disorganized, and the communication was non-existent unless I was reaching out first (often times, not getting a response without reaching out multiple times). There was also quite a bit of turnover that caused issues early on - every few weeks it seemed that I had a new case manager. Now that everything has been closed out, I’ve been emailing them for two months straight trying to get something squared away and most of those emails have gone unanswered.
