Here's why, and I've got some evidence to back it all up: 1) **15-minute Minimum Policy:** Now, before you sign anything with them and hand over your hard-earned money, they'll mention this 15-minute minimum policy. But let me tell you, it's not as innocent as it sounds. They'll charge you an arm and a leg for the simplest of tasks. I once got billed over a hundred bucks for a two-sentence email! It's pretty outrageous, don't you think? And here's the kicker: those tasks they bill for 0.25 hours? Most of them take less than 15 minutes. It's like they're hoping you won't notice. Trust me, there are plenty of law firms out there that won't nickel and dime you like this. See bill attached. 2) **Terrible Communication:** Communication is key in any relationship, especially when it comes to legal matters. But once you've handed over your money to Diggs and Sandler, it's like they vanish into thin air. I've attached an email I sent them about the communication issues I faced. Take a look, and you'll see what I mean. It's just not professional, you know? And what's worse, they didn't even try to make things right or improve their communication. That's just not how you treat clients. 3) **Lack of Client Dedication:** Bottom line, Diggs and Sandler don't take their clients seriously. When I finally had enough and decided to end our contract, their response was pretty disheartening. Despite my clear instructions to stop working on my case, they just carried on as if nothing happened. It's like they didn't even care about my concerns. So, my friend, take it from me: steer clear of Diggs and Sandler. There are plenty of better options out there. If you need a recommendation, I've heard good things about Thornton Esquire Law Group in Houston. They might be worth checking out."
