"I want to clarify that I am not a client. My review is based on limited engagement as a potential client. Some firms will say they did not engage with a person If their legal name is not listed. My full legal name is not listed because I am cautious of privacy and safet. This is a real review. TB Robinson’s firm responded to my inquiry very timely ( like the next day). This shows they are on top of things and are courteous. Some firms don’t even reply to you unless they there’s a lot of money on the table. The office called me and was polite and professional. Their consultation fee was slightly higher than what I have witnessed to be the average in Houston and so I did not proceed with additional services. Again this is a limited engagement review. I can’t attest to their actual representation. I reduced to 4 stars because I think it’s deceitful to rate them that high since I didn’t engage much."
