"This guy is a joke, he works with other crooks in the community and take advantage of the Latin Community. They take advantage of peoples needs in the legal world. I would NOT recommend at all, I did not want to share my experience until now that we are out of the woods but our case was an Immigration case and this so called Lawyer threw out the window the only chance we had to open a motion to reopen an immigration case knowing well enough there were no remedies to help my husband. Took our money along with another crook FITU which stands for Federacion de Imigrantes y Trabajadores Unidos in Houston ran by Jose Benitez. Another joke of a person that ruin peoples livelihoods. They each took a chunk of our money. Aside from being disrespectful and dishonest, I witnessed him talking in a rude manner to secretary in his office at that time. Please take your cases somewhere where they will put their heart on their work and work for you."

"Hired him last year and they called me about 4 months ago to tell me that they had nothing on my file. As someone who has never had an open immigration case this is frustrating because you don’t know what to expect and have faith that the lawyers will take care of it. Nevertheless I hired a new attorney who has called me every week to update me. I would not recommend mario caballero at all."

"Very rude with customers. Not sure if he is good as a lawyer. But, He yelled out at a 70 year old lady with questions regarding her case. Even if he is right a professional lawyer should not yelled out and make feel people bad and useless. If he is not the right attorney to answer questions just say that politely not being so so so soooo rude!!! Need to be polite. Authorities should check on this office. I don't think this is the treat customers deserve."

"HORRIBLE attorney and staff!! I repeat, do not go to this so called attorney. Had the worse experience with this rude old man. After waiting for 5 hours because you cannot make appointments, he assisted us and was the most unprofessional, rude and unorganized attorney I’ve seen. His staff would just walk in and they would start arguing, and answering his personal phone calls. Can’t give u a straight answer and also tells u to wait if u have other questions. He was not sure how much immigration was going to charge or how much his staff charges! We ended arguing, got my wife and son and left. It’s not worth saving a few dollars. Go somewhere that’s worth it. Do not go to this guy if you want all your concerns to be answered. STAY AWAY!!"

"This guy runs a sh*t show. If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, their "appointments" are completely made up and based on absolutely nothing. I was told to show up at 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment. He wasn't even there. They told me he was on his way at 3:30, then again at 4:30. He finally showed up at 4:45. During this 2+ hour wait, I got to talking to his other clients in the steamy waiting room (Steamy because no AC was running). One couple said they were there for a second time because the first time they waited for hours after their "appointment" and he never showed up at all. Another couple was there for a 3 pm appointment, and when they showed up they were told that they'll have to wait after all the walk-ins. Finally, I get called back to his office just to sit a while longer and watch him deal with administrative stuff. A string of employees interrupt our consultation non stop. I was in there a good 20 minutes watching him take phone calls and be demeaning to one of his employees, and have him deal with one after the other interruption. Upon seeing this chaos it was very obvious this is not an attorney for me. What a mess!! Lack of professionalism, and a bit of an attitude. Thanks, but no thanks!"
