"The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I got my cpap machine very quickly and they went to great lengths to insure I understood how to use it. I had to change the style of masks twice to find the one that worked best for me but they got it switched out with no problems"

"Another bad review for the books... my husband was referred here and he has went in 3 times in the past year to get his sleeping machine and they keep saying they are ordering. Why can't you call him and let him know that?? Why do you have to waste a copayment to let him know that??? Now they are telling him to come back back in jaN for it...yeah we will see.."

"my wife was referred to this office by her primary care provider. They told my wife and the primary care that they were in network for our insurance. They did take our insurance (Aetna) but they in fact were not in network. We didn't find that out until after receiving the bill when Aetna refused to pay them because they were out of network. Tried calling the office more than once and all the lady answering the phone wants to do is argue with you and insist they are in network. We definitely would not recommend this practice to anyone. Also if u are referred to them and they say they are in network, Definitely check with your insurance company before the appointment to make sure. I am pretty sure these people either don't know what they are doing or are purposely trying to rip people off."

"The front office staff were nice, helpful, and answered any questions I had. This office took many precautions to ensure its staff and patients would be safe regarding Covid-19 by limiting the number of people in the building, checking in patients outside, checking temp before entering and more. However, my experience with the doctor was different. Dr Patel was disrespectful and did not take me or my requests seriously. I first was disappointed by Dr Patel when I had to wait over an hour to be seen despite the fact I had arrived to his office 20 minutes early. I came to this office requesting one specific test. He took it upon himself to disregard my request and scheduled me for tests I did NOT ask for nor need costing me more money. After I got the tests done, I was told by the staff that I would NOT be allowed to receive my own test results without paying for a "consultation." I asked several times for medical release forms and offered to pay the fee for these forms to get my results, and was denied. After 2 days of denied requests, I gave in and scheduled the appointment. At this appointment, he called me a "kid" several times (I am an adult), made several contradicting statements, told me he "did not understand" my questions and responded to every question and statement I had in a round-about way with a disrespectful tone. He also tried to prescribe me medicine that I have no need for within the first 10 minutes of the appointment. I was not pleased with my experience here and do not recommend him or his office to anyone. Overall I feel scammed of hundreds of dollars with no real results."
