"I was not and am not satisfied with the handling of my case and with the situation surrounding my settlement. I was supposed to be getting a call back several times regarding the settlement amount. They didn't call me back and not only did they not call me back they sent me several requests for a review. I finally replied that I would not have a good review if I did it and Charles Sanders told me he wasn't aware of any issues and would give me a call the next day.
