"Giving two stars because I called and I explained my case to the lady on the phone. She was very sweet and recommended a consultation call - where I could go through my case deeply and more detailed to the person in charge (I thought I would be taking to an attorney on the phone). My consultation call lasted 2 minutes since when I explained my case the person talking to me informed that she wasn’t an attorney and couldn’t help me. Also she informed me that they charge $350 per hour in order to talk to one of their attorneys. Total waste of my time and expectations. Would have been easier if I was informed since the beginning that I wouldn’t be talking directly to some who could help me and get the price right away."
