"JOSINA is amazing We are working with The Insurance Store for almost three years. But my today's experience was above and beyond. In the past when we requested for a certificate holder, they took minimum 30 minutes. But when I called today, Josina received my call. I told her about, to add the certificate holder, she requested to send the information in her email address. After I did that I got the updated COI back within 4 minutes, that is unbelievable. I requested her another update of my COI. That took another 4 minutes. Just awesome , thanks."
