"Terrible absolutely terrible. I got into an accident a few weeks ago and i pay full coverage and they refuse to pay for the accident and we leave so many voicemails and phone calls. And they DO NOT RESPOND back in a timely matter. If you have insurance with them I absolutely recommend you look for another insurance, because when you need them they wont be there. They only take your money and run and not help. Absolutely terrible customer service"
