"This law firm couldn't help me with my situation, they did refer me to the bar association. I would have liked a explanation on why they could not help. My husband died at the hands of a surgeon. I know I have a case, what I want to know is the reason they will not help me. That is the reason I am giving them a 4 star, other then that the office staff returned my call quickly and was polite and seemed like they were as helpful as they could be."
