"I loved the care they gave Sophie but the losing the 50.00 deposit for Bella was different. I did not miss the appointment she would not get into the carrier, I called before the appointment to see if I could reschedule and apply the deposit to that appointment and the answer was No... I have been a client for several years and never missed an appointment, I understand policies but in my business there are some exceptions to policy without being excessive."

"Doctor and staff I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get my daughter get up to date on vaccinations. I am between 2 states and starting a new job in Colorado and this really took a load off my mind! My girl is very cautious with people she doesn’t know and when she can’t bark (muzzle) she goes into panic mode. They did everything to ease her into it and comfort her but they were quick and thorough! Milly and I really appreciate you! Go Baze!!!"

"When people actually love what they do for work, it really shows. It made me so happy seeing the staff treat my cat with the same love and care that I have for my cat, and honestly probably more! You could tell that their main priority was my cat and I was just there taking up oxygen. I can honestly say that this place surpassed my expectations that I had before going in because I had judged the look of the place prior to my appointment. "Our dogs have not had good experiences with animal clinics in the past. We encountered unfriendly staff, and it was very unsanitary. I can truly say me and my family loved this clinic. Our dogs used to always get anxious every time we take them to their clinic but when we took them here they were as comfortable and happy as can be. It was so clean, staff was so friendly, and doctor was a 10/10. You can tell the people that work there truly care about your pets! If you are thinking about going or switching, do it!"
