"So this happened...... again.... today. I called to ask a quick question today at 3:30PM and the branch closes at 4, to find out what time is the pickup for the outside box, which would take about 30 seconds of someone's time. I was trying to get the last of our Christmas cards in the mail, and unfortunately couldn't find the info online. The person answered and immediately asked me if I could hold for a moment, I said sure, and then she put the phone on the counter and I waited for over 10 minutes while I could hear noises every now and again, but no one ever came back. She just left the phone off the hook. I eventually hung up and continued trying to call back and the phone was busy, even after they closed. Just left the phone on the counter. It's so rude! And I wouldn't even mention it if it hasn't happened multiple times when I've had a quick question over the years. Guess I'll try again tomorrow..."

"The Fulshear Local Post Office consistently presents challenges. Limited space, coupled with disrespectful behavior from employees, creates a frustrating atmosphere. Additionally, it's noteworthy that they don't facilitate Scheduled Pickups, further inconveniencing customers. Mails are frequently redirected, contributing to dissatisfaction. It's crucial to promptly address these issues. Timely communication with postal authorities is essential for a swift resolution. Hoping for improvements in service, professionalism, and convenience soon."

"Several people here needed help at 11:30. It doesn’t say when they close on Saturday. If they close after only 1 hour on the only day they’re open when working people can come, it should at least be on their windows."

"This post office is truly unforgettable for me because there is a lady named Judy who was exceptionally warm and helped me resolve many issues. She patiently assisted me and recognized me, making it possible for me to smoothly send out my documents. There was also a young lady with a name starting with 'D' who was very helpful. She managed to accomplish what I thought would be a difficult task. I am grateful to these two staff members. This is the best post office I have ever visited."
