"Did curbside. Waited outside for 8 minutes. Finally went inside and was told they don’t have the personnel to take it out!!!! Wonder how long they were going to let me sit out there???! Then our Pepperoni cheese bread HAD NO PEPPERONI IN IT!"
"We ordered a pizza, waited an hour. I have been calling for 20 minutes and the lady working now has said please hold very quickly and put us on hold but no one ever picks up. I need to be refunded and I need someone to get back to me about to this."
"If the app is not working then just order from some other place because calling is a nightmare. The pizzas are consistently under baked so I always check "well done" on the app. Sometimes the toppings are scant so I pay for extra cheese. It would make sense to use a scale. Even though it's irritating to deal with, I still get pizza from here about once a month because there just aren't that many places close to my house."
"Complained that our buffalo chicken pizza was missing buffalo sauce. 2 Hours later, we finally get our remade pizza and it is drenched in buffalo sauce. This is ridiculous. Edit: Refund was given."
"Delivery person was amazing…the food was abhorrent. My pizza was not cooked all the way the feta cheese wasn’t even melted or hot and was chewy and my pizza was the only one that was cold. The cheesy tater tots were burnt to a crisp and inedible. The only pizza that the family was able to somewhat enjoy was the kids pineapple pizza….we will order from the Brookshire location from now on."
