"Front desk lady is extremely rude. Anytime I have called to ask anything about the bus or the kids she gets an attitude and says I don’t know. How do you not know in dispatch what is happening with the bus? This is ridiculous. Y’all need to get it together"

"I highly encourage you to investigate if your child receives a suspension or accusation for doing something wrong on their busses. My respectful 6th grade daughter was SUSPENDED due to their report of her starting and not willing to stop a paper fight, which I chose to believe them since they were the adults in the situation. After asking for them to show me proof from the camera (that they said they had video of her doing) they came back and let me know after re-reviewing, my daughter was *never* part of this ridiculous accusation, the girl who was doing it was misidentified, and they apologized. No child should EVER be falsely accused of something by adults, or pay for something they didn’t do. We forgive all who were involved in this big mistake from Fulshear Transportation, but I highly recommend you trust your kid if they say they didn’t do what is being said and require proof. Such a disappointment, this was not good."

"I have been told by my son's principal/school that when the child leaves the bus stop to get a ride because the bus is a no show, if they show up to school tardy, the tardy stands, and if they were marked absent, then the absent stands because they left the bus stop. WHAT?!?! That is insane. I know this is public school, but this district is so far behind and unorganized it is beyond ridiculous. The buses are not reliable for pick up or drop off. The district should be embarrassed."

"Very unorganized and not consistent! We sometimes get notices the bus will be late and sometimes we don't, our children stand outside for close to 2 hours in the morning and then get home 2 hours after school is out! Smart tag doesn't always work, and no one ever answers the phone. I understand the shortage of drivers but this is getting ridiculous!"
