LSO/ Lone Star Overnight

"Ulta Beauty shipped my order with this company. I was so excited to see that my order was out for delivery. Why the delivery guy didn’t even attempt to deliver my package? I was home waiting and the next thing I saw on my shipping history is “exception” with a new delivery date (another week). This company doesn’t even try to deliver my package."

"The number does not work. The address for San Antonio, TX is incorrect. Only gave 3 stars due to getting packages quickly after we contacted the retailer we bought our packages from. The retailer were somehow able to communicate with LSO. And since they were a third party service is why I was lenient with the stars. If I had this service, and I specifically hired them to deliver my items I would give a 1 star due to the incorrect estimated delivery date and the lack of communication. Also one package arrived 5 days after the delivery date estimate and the other package arrived 6 days after the delivery date. I also understand it is near Christmas/ the holidays so the package could be delayed, but there was no effort in an update sent my way to let me know that the packages would be late or when I could expect them. So it's just really disappointing and the customer service needs to improve."

"An absolute joke of a company. The picture is of their “office” at the customer service center in San Antonio on 22 November 2023 - completely empty. No wonder there are no deliveries; the warehouse is abandoned. I, like many others, have packages in limbo. Overnight turned into a week. We have orders to fulfill. This is unacceptable. All phone numbers including the main number in Plano say they aren’t “accepting calls.” They’ll take your money, just not your call. They don’t respond to emails. The website looks like a middle school computer class project. I am upset that there are still vendors shipping with this ridiculous excuse for a “courier” service."

"Probably the most negative experience I have had to deal with shipping wise. My package arrived there early Monday morning, it’s been a week with no updates, went online and saw the horrendous reviews and attempted to go to the address in person to retrieve my package and a demolition crew told me they no longer operated there and there was no forwarding address or anything. If your package went here, it’s gone forever. Truly a crook city"

"The worst shipping company… my package has been at the San Antonio facility for 3 weeks and hasn’t moved. Avoid company’s using this party. *update* I went to the San Antonio location to pick up my package and wanted to share these photos of everyone else’s packages laying everywhere. Super irritating. Such a horrible company."
