"I hope the owner or somebody from the facility reads this because I have sent emails saying my package is marked "dead letter" and unknown address even though I have used my address with no issue until this carrier got my package. I have had no updates or calls or texts from anyone stating what is going on with my package and I am so upset. How is this place still going and I can't get a damn response from anyone or get anyone to help me!!! I even asked to send me a facility address so I can go pick it up myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! First time I have had difficulty with something I ordered online with this facility. If your package says it's being delivered by this facility, might as well ask for a refund because it's not gonna get delivered."

"My package it out for delivery to my job with the company name included, they marked as residential it can show up as late as 9 so now I have to wait until Monday and that's if they don't deliver after we're closed when they get here. Wish they had an option for Zero stars all of the CS reps are over seas and read scripts and have attitudes because they could care less. Provided no options but to wait 90 mins to have a supervisor call back. Not even an option for pick up or an apology for how they messed up my delivery address. Trash"

"Too bad I can’t give a zero stars. I was waiting for a package, but it never was delivered. Next day I received text message that they tried to deliver my package, but no one was home. First of all I signed a release of signature form where I specified to leave package at my front door. Second of all I was home all day and evening waiting for this package!!!!! I have cameras and camera - door bell no one on recordings…. Why you guy’s lying to your customers?????"
