"I paid a $90 registration fee for my two kids, as I was advised, that payment would save them a spot. I unfortunately had an emergency situation and asked for a refund of the registration fee. (I had filled out no paperwork yet and my kids had never been to the facility. ) I contacted Mr. Williams who immediately responded with a “No” for my refund request, I tried to explain my predicament and then was told I’d have to email the request and it would take 7-10 business days. On the 10th day, no one reached out to me so I emailed and called and left a voicemail. I got an email back the next day saying that per “policy” they will not refund me. Even though my kids have never stepped foot onto their facility, even though I have never signed one single piece of paperwork to enroll them into the program. In response, I asked for a copy of this “ No registration refund policy” attached to an email and haven’t received a response yet. So unfair and unprofessional, I mean give me my money back! I received no services and have no intention too. I filled out no paperwork for your facility, I paid you in good faith to hold a spot for my kids. They can’t attend so what is a the issue with giving me back my money? It’s just bad business practices and its very sad. I have never experienced this program and unfortunately never will after this horrible experience. I am so disappointed."
