"Can not just walk in to see a banker, must make an appointment. There is no business banker and the other banker’s there are unable to help."

"Thank you David, Puja, and one more lady I didn't get your name (sorry) for going above and beyond to help me in my problem with a money order. God Bless You!"

"I have banked with WF for over 30 years. Today I walked in with my 16 yr old daughter to open her a new account. They did not have the staff to help us. Said we needed to make an appointment. Drove down the street of Bank of America and literally walked in and sat down with a banker. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with WF in the last 6 months. Maybe its time to change banks. Not only did they loose my daughter's business but they might just loose mine too. PS we also sat at another WF in the neighborhood over in Cross Creek and they did not have a banker available when we walked in."

"Stay away from here. They treat you badly. I’ve had an account there for many years , and they act as if I was someone that is scamming them. Disgraceful treatment of a longtime customer, especially from the manager . Remember , Wells Fargo , it’s MY money , not yours. Go to another bank or a credit union. UPDATE: Nobody goes in there now, and I’m glad people see this place for what it is. That manager is gone , only to be replaced by someone who doesn’t know what she’s doing. It really is a pathetic set , and a far cry from when they had competent tellers ,and people who were friendly and trusting. Think long and hard before you bank here . I’ve been here for 18 years , and it has gone downhill rapidly in the past 5 years. Glad I’m getting out soon."

"Before covid, I worked at Wells for 9 years. 7 of which I spent as a service manager. I've been through the drive up twice and both times the service was extremely slow. Last week I was the only person in the drive up. It took close to 10 minutes to make a cashiers check. There was no added value, no rapport built, it was pretty disappointing."
