"This location is new so I was a little skeptical to visit because I did not want to deal with rookies but I am extremely happy I decided to go anyways. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. The manager went out of her way to help me with my issue. In fact, I was told by regions 1800 customer service that my issue could not be resolved. Please tell me why the manager at this location had the issue fixed with a snap of a finger. This may be the best Regions in all of Houston. Hidden Gem!"
