I have banked at most banks and credit unions in the San Antonio area and have never received the level of customer service provided here. Lexi, Amanda, and Nick seem to always be available and are extremely knowledgeable. There is never a long wait because they are approximately staffed and efficient."

"We went through the whole loan process, text messages saying yes we got this done, no worries back and forth, for a whole month. They always needed one more paper and this and that. So we put in an offer. The same day we put our earnest money down, they say “oh it’s too far out”—Kerrville. Seriously? They knew our address the whole dang time!!!! Such a Waste of time and luckily we were able to get another wonderful mortgage company to get us done in one week and a way cheaper interest rate too! Saved our earnest money to boot!! Our realtor will never recommend them again and I will let everyone know how horrible these people are."

"This review is for the Jefferson State Bank loan dept. I was given the name of a loan officer,(Keri)by an appraisal company.She sent a cash out refinance application and we filled it out.She ran our credit and then never got back to us.After a few messages,she replied,"rates are thru the roof right now,bad time to refinance.Sorry".Our credit is 780+,the loan was for 250k,their posted rate was very reasonable at 3.75.I assume there were some other issues or she was overworked but the way she handled it was terrible.Cannot recommend. We went with a local credit union and were approved right away."
