"This law firm is a complete scam, they take people’s money and do nothing. They do not respond in a timely manner, if they respond at all and nickel and dime you for everything. This is not normal! Please anyone considering this firm think again. They truly need to be looked into by the bar association and law enforcement for their tactics. They mishandled my grandfathers divorce and he has now had to hire a different law firm to take care of the mess they created. When reaching out to other firms they even mentioned how many complaints they have heard regarding Mark Childress. I thought Rick Mitchell was better when he took over after Sarah Robbins but turns out he is not it’s all a facade. He puts a good face on but he’s just as bad they are all crooks. Their security guard at the Dallas location is a joke she is a highly uneducated individual that is disrespectful and only there to try and scare paying customers away, because once you pay and retain them you are not allowed on the property, in what world is this normal? Desiree is also a mess and the communication amongst all parties is a disgrace. Please do your research and do not fall victim to this firm. Even having to give it 1 Star is an overstatement. ***update***please just read the reviews from several other paying clients who have been taken advantage of by this firm. There is no conspiracy between myself or anyone else. I am simply standing up for my grandfather who I tried very hard to help once I realized his case was not being handled correctly. Anyone who spoke with me during this time knows I remained professional and just wanted answers. I cannot say the same for Ms. Robbins or their security guard. I am not speaking about anything pro bono either, trust me he paid for the case I am referring to. For this law firm to try and disgrace my character speaks to their own, this is how they treat people. As for my description of the person at the front desk I am only explaining the truth. She will stand up and get in front of you as an intimidation tactic. I am done justifying myself here because this firm knows what they are doing and they should be ashamed of themselves for their practices. It’s obvious by the many other reviews posted here that we are not the only ones who experienced this."

"This is the worst law firm. I don’t recommend it to anyone whatsoever. I had a great lawyer who was taking care of my case Brenda and the one time she was sick these people sent another lawyer Madison to represent me on my trial and she did nothing. She sat there and allowed the OC to crucify me and they cost me my son. I lost all right to my son when there was no reason for that to happen. They are so greedy and so selfish and all they want is money after money. I paid almost 27000 to these people just for them to lose my case and make me lose my son. Horrible law firm and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Please please don’t waste your money here. Me and my family made a huge mistake by trusting these people. If my original lawyer was there I know this would’ve never happened. They were supposed to ask for a continuance so Brenda could go to the trial instead they went along with this Madison person and destroyed my sons life my life my whole families life."
