"I just called in today to speak with someone about support in writing a letter on my behalf for eligibility in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and was forwarded to a woman named Kimberly who was taking appointments for Lee. Kimberly initially came across as a very energetic and approachable woman. But she kind of went back and forth in her explaining to me what Lee would and wouldn't be able to help me with at one point telling me should could arrange a free consultation just to see what he could do only to then hang up on me before I had the opportunity to even have that call. I totally get it if this is not something Lee can help with. But if I didn't even get to talk with him how would she know for sure AND it's not very respectful business to simply hang up on someone. So, my initial experience with them was not a good one. Two stars for the first lady who picked up before I was transferred to Kimberly because she came across to me as more personable and as understanding how business relationships get built."
