"I'll give them 2 stars for being friendly. Otherwise, I'd say 0. How can you require 2 photo ids, both unexpired? In Texas, you cannot have a driver's license and state ID. I had a birth certificate, social security card, recent mail, marriage license and pretty much anything else you can think of. When I asked what other forms of photo ID I could present to them, no one had any answers and instructed me to contact corporate. They made no effort into helping me call while I was there to figure it out together. I was pretty much rushed out the door. Mind you, this was after they called me repeatedly to come into the office and receiving their pre-approval letters for months on end. Nice staff, but very misleading! You're better off going to their competitors."
