"one register is blocked and they have 6 ft distancing policy in effect, but you have to turn back and walk into the people in line waiting. not sure if it was normal but the lobby area smelled bad. once i was at the counter i was in and out in no time"

"Very bad customer service, the door was locked and I kept ringing doorbell and they wouldn’t open and I could hear employees laughing and talking. I had to go to a window so they open. I drove an hour away for my passport renewal since my city has appointments until July. Employee just sent me back for not having my application ready. I don’t have access to a printer thats why I didn't have an application."
"No help what so ever, I had a package delivered partially opened and now I don't receive the mail I'm supposed to receive. Very unprofessional, I gave my phone to employee and was never called back, due to the fact that I was missing items from package. But dont you think you would inspect packaging when delivered to your location to make sure you are not at fault for missing items?"
