"Every time I go order , they always give my order all wrong. I get home hoping to eat my food warm and then my order is all wrong. I have to leave the rest of the food just to go and fix their mistake. And then they give you attitude!! Zapata, they should hire people that really want to work and smile.."

"I ordered a Caramel mocha iced coffee and it didn't have any mocha in it. I told the manager and instead of correcting my iced coffee, she asked the employee if she made it correctly. It was not. Luckily, this is NOT my McDonald's. We were just passing through town. My RGV McDonald's are way better."
"Ordered a Big Mac meal, The fries were perfectly hot, crispy, and salty. But the Big Mac was cold, and patties were dry and shriveled. It's a decent place if you get nuggets and fries. The place wasn't packed. I guess I just got the leftover patties from lunch rush."
