"I had a bad experience with the churchs chicken in Zapata texas a woman by the name of" MARIA" who identified herself as "the manager"refused to honor a coupon listed on the phone stating had to be printed out which by the way is not stated on the coupon. This is the first time of such an experience with churchs chicken this could be interpreted as false advertisement. This wo.a .aria needs more training as a manager. interpreted as false"

"The girl at the window was rude and packaged my meal wrong on purpose. Terrible experience the girls name is Myra Martinez, she made sure to let me know that she is the team lead on shift. In other words that is the service you should expect. I had to call multiple times to complain and she was so mean I couldn't even stay on the phone with her. Very unprofessional and poor representation of a chain restaurant. If this is what church's has to offer. Your better off going else where."
