I got approved but still needed them to help me get my car appraised and i had to do it myself, because they wouldn't answer the phone. "Went To ALJ and he was not even familiar with my friends case looked like he isn't eager to win a case in my opinion he didn't even brief my friend or tell him what to say I just hope he didn't loose my friends case cause he looked as if he didn't know anything waiting on response from Judge we will know but I suggest go elsewhere and that Carolina lady is not helpful at all and on top of things rude."

"You dont need this lawfirm to do what you can do yourself... i had 2 of my kids with this lawfirm and all they did was help fill out paper and send thats all because i went in person to apply at the social security i had to drop off the papers at the school and take my kids to their apts... this lawfirm is bull they just take in so many cases so they can easily get paid from whoever gets approved because they dont fight for the ppls rights they didnt even meet my kids to know who their fighting for... i get letters from the goverment first before these ppl decide to notify me about my kids denial or a little ounce of whats going on in their cases... this lawfirm care real little to even lift a finger for anyone's case.... i waisted so much time having confident with these ppl im not giving them anymore of it..."
