"Phone attendant (because she is no secretary) was very careless and can only say he's very busy. He's been busy for a couple of weeks on a federal case. Making it sound like he is unable to handle more than one case at a time. Makes me wonder how many people she's allowed hang up on her and not care. That's money in HIS pocket she allows to let go. I'm so sorry Mr Banker. Thank you for past services."
"Charles Banker kept telling me my case would have to go to trial even tho he knew the state had no evidence. He insisted I pay 7 thousand up front only to tell me on the day of the trial that it would be a plea. He then promised me he would have the probation lifted after a year and have a monitor taken off. It's been a year and a hundred calls to his office. He refuses to take my calls but he took my money with services unrendered. After I spoke to another lawyer the other day he informed me that he has done this to others. Do your self a favor and get a different lawyer."
