"I've been a customer for quite awhile closing accounts and opening new ones. But to know they dont appreciate there long known customers and give us a hassle when it comes to opening a new account after every 6 months is ridiculous . No true long term customer should have to go through that!! Then for them to be calling you to come back is annoying!!"

"Your company seriously needs to retrain your staff! I received a phone call from them this morning that was so odd. I said hello and your rep kept barking at me "Would Denise" "Would Denise" I am thinking it's a crank call. I said excuse me, the rep again barked "Would Denise". So I said "Would Denise what?" Then the rep said "Is there a Denise Farmer." I said that I was sure there was a Denise Farmer somewhere, but if she is asking if I know that person.... no, I do not know that person. And then I asked who this was and why couldn't she ask me that simple question in the first place. She raised her voice, I told her she needs better training. Then I called back, asked for a supervisor, the same person that just called me is who answered the phone, told me she was the assistant manager, I played along, told her my concern, and she said "I was sitting right here and there was nothing wrong." I hung up. I am sending a letter, I am very unhappy."
