"While the price for private pay is a bit on the steep side (and should be drastically lowered in my opinion), I was seen fairly quickly and contrary to the other reviews here, the front desk staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful and treated me with dignity and respect. After being called in to the examination room, I waited less than 10 minutes and was seen by the P.A. Viviana Garcia, and she was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all my concerns and questions I had. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at PCI and would definitely return again in the near future and would highly recommend them too."

"Didn’t give it a 5 star because most times it can be a hassle to be seen here. The Dr.s and Nurse Practitioners help you for the most part get treatment, medication, and referrals. Not open nights, on Saturdays or Sundays so that is a huge downfall of being a patient here."

"Terrible. They didn't want to see me in person. They told me to wait in the car and a doctor would call me. So I waited in my car and got a phone call from a doctor who asked me basic questions about my symptoms. They still charged me the copay. I basically diagnosed myself. This clinic was a joke."

"Very poor customer service. I waited five months for a referral before I decided to stop going to this place. Followed up multiple times with office personnel to get it resolved and was told they were working on it. Even paid for two consultations only to be told they had no record of me seeing the doctor for a referral. Unbelievable. Office manager has horrible attitude. I do not recommend this clinic."

"This has to be the worst place of business. I called for an appointment at 10AM to which I was going to get a phone call from the doctor as my visit at 2:20PM same day. I waited and called them back around 2:30 when I never got the call. The front lady told me that the doctor was with a patient and would call me as soon as he was out. I then waited til about 3PM and called them back, they stated doctor was still with patient and would have to wait. I call back in at 4PM and the lady tells me they tried calling me and I did not answer. I waited and called them back about 12 times before getting an answer and then the front desk lady tells me. “Sir we called you” and I told her no mam you did not I been waiting for over 2 hours. She replies “oh my gif yes we did call you and hung up” what kind of service is this?! Why is she in the medical profession? Why does she have a job where people depend on her to make sure they are taken care of?! This whole clinic is a joke and needs to be taken down. Horrible customer service (when they do answer) and never fails that they mysteriously always find a way to make it the persons fault and never theirs. Once again if I could give this negative stars I would. I would gladly like to speak to the person in charge of this place and sit him down and let him know that he’s doing a horrible job with this clinic and everybody there should be fired and hire people who actually care about their job."
