"I recently visited Dr. Honarubio's clinic, and I must say that my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, I encountered issues that left me questioning their professionalism and respect for patients' time. To start with, I had to endure a 4-week wait time just to secure an appointment, which I understood and respected. However, my attempt to be considerate of Dr. Honarubio's schedule by arriving 30 minutes earlier than my appointed time was met with an absolute lack of reciprocity. It quickly became evident that they had no regard for my time whatsoever. Upon arriving, I was met with a packed waiting room, where people were standing due to the lack of available seats. Elderly individuals were left standing for extended periods, which was disheartening to witness. The receptionist seemed entirely unfazed by this, as if this were a normal occurrence. The most infuriating part of this ordeal was the excessive wait time. I waited for over 2.5 hours, and despite my repeated inquiries about when I might finally get to see the Dr. , the staff could not provide any concrete answers. This level of disregard for my time and the time of others in the waiting room was beyond frustrating. As my frustration grew, I made the difficult decision to leave without being seen by the doctor. It was a disappointing end to a frustrating experience that left me questioning the clinic's commitment to patient care. I write this review not out of spite, but with the hope that others may be spared the same aggravation. My visit to Dr. Honarubio's clinic was marked by an astounding lack of respect for patients' time, disregard for comfort, and an overall sense of indifference from the staff. I urge potential patients to think twice before choosing this clinic for their healthcare needs. Your time and well-being deserve better than what I experienced."
