"Bought some shoes didn’t get right size, tried to order new ones to the store, waited almost 3 weeks I called and they told me if I wanted to wait for the shoes or get a refund, so I said a refund they couldn’t give me refund in store. So they told me I had to call customer service to get refund, I called and they issued a check, the check still hasn’t came and I called again i asked if I could get a in store refund because I’ve been waiting forever for the money, told me I couldn’t get a refund at the store because it was a macys store so i then waited another week for a check and still hasn’t came, I got shoes in December it’s already almost 3 months, pretty much robbed me of my money."
"Worst experience i ever had in buying a pair of shoes, but I blame management, why? Cause their wasn't any, these kids that work at jd are just clerks doing what they are told and others just don't care, and no knowledge of shoes, Won't ever go back"
