"I didn’t even make it past the front door. I had a knee injury over a holiday weekend. I tried to schedule an appointment and staff was rude and mean. The person who answered the phone had absolutely no empathy whatsoever. After she was rude about my insurance she told me to call back later. I just looked for another orthopedic surgeon in the area and went there. Apparently, this particular office on Lindberg is known for their bad service."

"Don't recommend him they take there time to call u in .my apt was 10:30 am they wouldn't call until 12 or 1 pm . And then wait for the doctor to go in to talk too you. I had five times surgery with him he didn't want to give me a total knee replacement so I went to a different doctor they done it"

"I took my daughter here after having fracture her elbow and the service was exceptional. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. My daughter felt very comfortable. Needless to say that I was at ease knowing that she was in good hands. We were in and out of the office fairly quickly. No problems noted. If ever I need an orthopedic again this will definitely be my first choice."

"Front end personnel are not very helpful. Even when you have an appointment expect to wait at least an hour. Very slow."

"When scheduling your appointment here, be prepared to wait a few hours. On my third appointment, I went and signed in at the window, then left to put gas and eat at the nearby What-A-Burger. Came back an hour and a half later to find out i still had about 30 minutes to wait before I was to be called in. Doctor's try to be helpful and know what they are doing. However, they are always behind and it forces the people working to shortchange you on your appointment. Blame the staff, or blame their system, they are just very slow. For other offices planning to send their patients here, on our behalf, please don't. The decor is isn't even nice to look at when waiting that long."
