"I'm glad I was really early because the receptionists were trying to make me leave to buy a mask. When it was about to start raining! They have one younger girl on her cell phone all the time and she makes faces looks really unprofessional! They talk amongst each other really loud about being overweight.. I completely understand the importance of wearing one, but if you are going to enforce the policy.; Provide them for emergency cases or exceptions. By a miracle I found a reusable cloth mask my Mom made and gifted me.**>> It's now 2024 and my son now had an appointment and the staff hasn't changed. The girl is still on her phone looks like she's on too much caffeine. They hang up on you or put you on hold with a rushed greeting. I hope I never have to go to this place again!! Terrible terrible terrible!!! They were supposed to call me back in an hour. Guess what.. it never happened!!!! Ps this place doesn't see minors!!!"

"Waited 3 hours to see a doctor. Do not overbook your patients."

"If you are able to go to any other heart institute, please do. Every time I come here I have an appointment made well in advance. And every time I’m here I have to wait at least 2 hours to get into a room, usually 3. They overbook and it takes half my day for a 30 minute appointment. The receptionist tend to mislead and not provide needed information for my visits. I called ahead and specifically asked if I was doing a stress test and if I needed to dress a certain way or prepare and they said no. Upon arrival I found out I was doing a stress test, and getting a heart monitor I would have to wear for 24 hours. I was wearing flip flops and jeans which really threw off my test. And I had to cancel my plans later that night because I was not allowed to workout wearing the monitor. Some of the nurses are very very sweet and caring. But it’s honestly 50/50. Safe yourself the time and find somewhere else to go."

"We waited 3 hours or a little more from the time of my husband's appointment only to be seen for less than 20 minutes. The doctor was nice and explained a lot, but the wait time is way too long. Another patient complained that he had been there 4 hours or more."

"Honestly the doctor here is fine; he is a bit forgetful and tends to forget what has been shared with him in previous visits but that’s to be expected I guess with so many patients…the worst part about this place is the complete disregard for appointments and timeliness. They must take way too many appointments because their waiting room is standing room only. We were seen at 5pm for a 1:30pm appointment. No one that you ask seems to care about how far back they are running behind or what implications that has on the rest of your life. Today, we waited for 3 hours and had to leave without seeing the doctor at all because we had to meet our home health nurse to take care of my disabled grandmother. I thought 3 hours was enough time but definitely not. If they are this delayed and unable to keep up with appointment times….they should at least be friendly and courteous when asked questions."
